About the role:
Responsible for the delivery of efficient and effective services to internal customers ensuring excellence in customer service and proactive identification and resolution of faults / incidents / issues.
Role profile:
- Responsible for the delivery of high quality customer services; ensuring that a consistent, compliant and standardized process is implemented. Ensuring delivery targets & KPI targets are met or exceeded.
- Delivery of services as defined in the detailed role specification which may include (but not be limited to) cleaning, catering, reception, post, couriers, emergency procedures, minor build works / relocations, risk assessments, general maintenance etc.
- Responsible for the effective management of relationships and co-ordination with local internal and external customers, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Responsible for ensuring statutory compliance is maintained across the designated area / location of responsibility and supporting the maintaining and monitoring of appropriate accreditation regimes relating to site operations, SHE and BCMS.
- Responsible for delivery of inventory control, stock control, administrative duties / reporting as necessary.
Senior grades in this role will typically be responsible for larger or more technically complex locations / areas of responsibility and are expected to deliver their responsibilities with the need for less direct management oversight.
We expect:
- Experience at similar positon as Office Manager / Site Operations Specialist (multiple location coordination will be an advantage).
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- People and goal – oriented attitude, self – organized and analytical profile.
