About The Role

We are looking for a critical thinking problem-solver with experience of delivering value, to design solutions which make complex datasets easy to understand and enable clients to use their data to operate strategically and efficiently. 

Key responsibilities:

• Development, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of data models
• Creation of Power BI reports and dashboards
• Analysis and visualisation of data
• Requirements capture
• Understanding of and ability to implement data governance and compliance

Skills:

• Expertise in Power BI tools (including Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio)

• Expertise in DAX
• Expertise in SQL

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working systems
• Experience of working directly with client stakeholders

Also desirable:

• Understanding of and ability to implement performance optimisation
• Related certifications, e.g. Microsoft Data Analyst Associate
• Activity on Microsoft Power BI Forums
