Role Description

Acting as a technical expert guiding and supervising the development of high-power sub-systems in the areas of directed energy.  
Building relationships with customers and partners and helping to define and bid deliverable programmes.  
Mentoring and developing teams of early career engineers in a fast paced and energetic environment.

Essential Requirements

Analogue electronics design expertise at a mid-senior level

A background in RF products

Willing to work with new technologies and systems
